Shipping and Dispatch

The Water Sprinkler Shop has packed all of our products in the most efficient way for dispatch, this is to offer you the best possible freight price we can. All prices have been calculated depending on your area of delivery within New Zealand.  We have both Urban and Rural delivery options available (Please chose the option to match your area). Urban areas (within a City or Township), Rural (any area outside a City or Township).

Rates start at $4.97(Urban Delivery), $8.99 (Rural Delivery) and is no more than $13.10(Urban Delivery) and $15.90 (Rural Delivery) for orders under $150.00.

Once an order has been received and payment made and cleared through the system, your order will be sent to you from the distribution warehouse within 24 hours by Courier, (if you order on a Friday afternoon through to Saturday night, it can take up to 36 - 48 hours) you will be contacted by email with delivery information as soon as it packed and ready to be picked up. 

    Freight is free once you spend $150.00 and over for
    New Zealand customers only - *Exclusions Apply- (Unless Stated Otherwise On The Product Page).

      Our delivery time to Urban areas (within a City or Township) is 1 - 3 days, please allow another 1 - 2 days for Rural (any area outside a City or Township) delivery.

      We will email you with a tracking number with a link once picked up from the warehouse, you can keep track of your order in real time. Courier pick up from the distribution warehouse is Monday to Friday only - pick up is 12 pm. Please Note Couriers Do Not Pick Up on Public Holidays.

      Returns

      Every item that you purchase at The Water Sprinkler Shop is 100% satisfaction guaranteed.

      Change of mind on product

      If you change your mind on the irrigation product you require, please contact by email at sales@twss.co.nz subject: C.O.P. Number or phone 0800 APPLY H20 (0800 277 594) as soon as possible or within 7 days to obtain a C.O.P. number and to inform us of the return. The items should be returned in their original product packaging, in new unused condition within 14 days of receiving the product, you will have to cover all shipping costs pertaining to the return of the product.

      Product NOT acceptable for return:

      1. Goods that have been invoiced from more than 14 days after delivery.
      2. Goods that are dirty or damaged which are unsuitable for resale.

      Damaged in transit

      Damaged Product

      If you suspect your product has been damaged during delivery please do not throw away the parcel or cover in which the product came in or the damaged product as the courier will need to inspect it (photo's can be taken of both where appropriate). Please contact us on 0800 APPLY H20 (0800 277 594) Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm and we will organize the return of the product for inspection, and will endeavor to send you a replacement as soon as possible. 

      Wrong Product Delivered

      If you have ordered something online and received the wrong product, we apologize and you are more than welcome to an exchange or refund. Please contact us on 0800 APPLY H20 (0800 277 594) Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm to arrange the correct order.

      Manufactures fault on product received

      Under the Consumer Guarantees Act you are entitled to have your product replaced or refunded.

      All products supplied by The Water Sprinkler Shop are independently tested to high quality standard, which is why we provide a full one year warranty on all goods. If you have received a product that has a fault simply contact us on 0800 APPLY H20 (0800 277 594) Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm to inquire about returning the product for inspection. All costs of returning the product will be reimbursed if product is found to be faulty.

      If we are refunding you for a product, you should expect to receive your refund within one week of receiving the returned product. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
