Q. Is The Water Sprinkler Shop a New Zealand based company and what areas do you send to? (International Customers read this)
A. Yes, TWSS is a family owned and operated company based in Richmond, Tasman New Zealand. We ship all around New Zealand. We can also ship to Australia and the Pacific.

Q. Are your prices on site Exclusive or Inclusive of GST?
A. Our prices on site are all GST inclusive, this is for our New Zealand customers. GST will be removed for any quote we do outside of New Zealand.
Q. Can I pay with a Debit or Credit Card on site?
A. We do accept Visa or MasterCard from our New Zealand customers. For New Zealand Customers Only – You can also Pay by Internet Banking or Bank Deposit.
Q. Do You Provide Invoices or Quotes?
A. Yes, we can provide you with an invoice to pay. As well as free quotes on products you require, as well as delivery costs.
Q. If I have an irrigation plan, are you able to help me with the products I require and price them for me?
A. Yes, we can make a list of the products from the plan and price these for you. All you need to do is scan the plan and email it to info@twss.co.nz.
Q. If I do not have a plan for my irrigation, are you able to help?
A. Certainly, all we need is a simple drawing of the area you need to irrigate, with the measurements and any areas you do not want watered. Just email us this to info@twss.co.nz, include a contact number so our designer can call you with any further questions.
Q. How do I measure a BSP thread?
A. The best way to measure a BSP thread is with a Vernier caliper. If you only have a ruler or measuring tape, then this measurement must be converted from mm to BSP. (Please note the mm is average measurement)
½” / 15mm BSP = 19.8mm, ¾” / 20mm BSP = 25.3mm
1” / 25mm BSP = 31.8mm, 1 ¼” / 32mm BSP = 40.4mm
1 ½” / 40mm BSP = 52.3mm, 2” / 50mm BSP = 58.1mm
2 ½” / 65mm BSP = 75mm, 3" 80mm BSP = 88mm
4" / 100mm BSP = 113mm

Fee for the transfer of payment from other countries outside New Zealand needs to be included in with Total Payment. - This will be whatever fee your bank charges you for an international payment to New Zealand.
Q. How can I be sure that I will receive what I ordered, and it will be made of high quality?
A. If you have any issue with the quality of the product, you can return it for a full refund (if returned in good saleable condition). If your order is wrong, simply email sales@twss.co.nz subject: Return of product or contact us on 0800 277 594 and speak with our customer service team, who will correct the order as soon as possible.
Q. Does the product I buy come with a warranty or guarantee?
A. Yes, all our products come with a one-year warranty on goods that have a manufacturing fault. Simply email us at info@twss.co.nz or phone us on 0800 277 594 of there are any issues with your product.
Q. When I buy from your site, am I covered by the Consumers Guarantee Act?
A. Yes, you are covered under the Consumers Guarantee Act 1993 which includes changes to the Act that apply from 17th June 2014.
